How do I receive a refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive your refund in the same way that was used to make your purchase. To receive a full refund, the items must be in perfect condition and the internal labels must be intact. Items must be in their original condition and you must provide the corresponding receipt. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the goods before applying for a refund.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact. Payment options can vary from country to country.
After you select your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to elfsmarthome.ae and receive your payment confirmation by email. If the payment is canceled or failed, you will be sent back to elfsmarthome.ae and you will see a notification with the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method.
How will the orders be sent to me?
All of our products are sent in a box or air cushion envelope via EMS, with tracking.
How long does it take for my order to be sent?
We process all orders the same day. After shipping, it takes 5-7 working days for the order to arrive to you, depending on the country sent to. Average delivery time is 5 days.
There's a problem with my order. What am I supposed to do?
